We have opened Washoku Oshio. Our concept: “Seasonal flavors, authentic Japanese cuisine, casual style.”

Inspired by my father, also a chef, I chose the culinary path and spent five years training in Nanzenji, Kyoto, mastering the foundations of Japanese cuisine. I then joined Oshio, wishing to serve our guests right in front of them, in a more relaxed way.

Now, going beyond just tempura, I am excited to share the full range of Japanese culinary techniques I honed during my training. Please relax and enjoy authentic Japanese flavors in our welcoming space.
